Isle of Palms ranked one of most luxurious vacation spots in U.S.

For a vacation of luxury, it appears Americans are coming to Isle of Palms.

According to a study by HomeToGo.com, Isle of Palms was ranked eighth in the top 10 for most luxurious summer destinations in the United States.

The average median price per night on the Isle of Palms is $638, the website states.

The top two spots were the Hamptons in New York and Nantucket in Massachusetts, both over $1,000 per night.

Other places that made the list included Montauk in New York, Seaside in Florida, and the Outer Banks in North Carolina.

They also added that vacation rental bookings for summer 2021 are already 30% higher than last year.

The website said that the data is based on the median nightly price for a vacation rental between May 1, 2021 and September 6, 2021, using over 2,000 different locations in the United States.
