Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Standard rate
Until 30 days prior to arrival: Stays may be cancelled or changed without charge. In the event of a change, if the rate of the new booking exceeds that of the original booking, payment of the remaining balance will be required.
Between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: Stays may not be cancelled, only changes are allowed. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of 100% of the booking plus any applicable taxes. Any changes to a booking will result in a fee equal to $50. If the rate of the new booking exceeds that of the original booking, payment of the remaining balance will be required. (however, no refund will be provided if the rate of the new booking is inferior to that of the original booking).
14 days and less prior to arrival: Stays may not be cancelled or changed. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of 100% of the booking plus any applicable taxes.
Zen rate
Until 7 days prior to arrival: Stays may be cancelled or changed without charge. In the event of a change, if the rate of the new booking exceeds that of the original booking, payment of the remaining balance will be required.
6 days and less prior to arrival : Stays may not be cancelled or changed.
COVID-19 related change
Stays may not be cancelled due to COVID-19 only. Stays may be changed outside of the above mentioned conditions of Standard and Zen-rate reservations, upon: presentation of a medical certificate and/or a positive COVID-19 test, issued less than 14 days prior to stay; presentation of documents from a health authority ordering a customer to quarantine, issued less than 14 days prior to stay; modification of international or state border laws preventing guests from traveling to the location of stay. Any other request for change of stay due to COVID-19 will be considered on an individual basis.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome. The resort is pet-friendly with an updated vaccination card and pets are to be kept on leash on the property. Huttopia accepts all dogs but Rottweilers & Pitbulls. There is a fee of $12 per dog per day.
How Do I Get There?
Drive from Boston:
Drive on Interstate 93N and take exit 37A to merge onto I-95 N towards Peabody. Then stay on I-95 N and follow the signs for Portsmouth. Stay on I-95N for 40 miles, and then keep left to take exit 4 onto Route 16N towards the White Mountains. Keep driving on Route 16 for 70 miles, following signs for Ossipee, Conway and the White Mountain range. After the drive through Chocorua, the property is only 10 minutes away. Keep on driving on Route 16N and look for the Huttopia signs on the right side of the road.
Drive from Montreal:
Get on Autoroute 10 Est and drive for about 120km then take exit 121 for Autoroute 55 S towards Stanstead and Interstate 91 S. Drive to the border, than continue onto I-91 S for 80km. Take Exit 19 for Interstate 93 S towards Littleton. Once arriving at Lincoln, take exit 32 for NH-112, driving through the White Mountain range. Keep on driving for 60km. Then once arriving in Conway and the road splits in two, turn right onto NH-113W and stay on the Kancamagus Highway to follow Route 16. 10km later, the Huttopia sign is on the left.

The wood and canvas accommodations nestle in harmoniously with the surrounding environment and offer all the equipment you need for a wonderful holiday. Located in New Hampshire, Huttopia White Mountains welcomes guests on the banks of a lake, in a beautiful forest crossed by two pretty streams.
Guests at Huttopia can enjoy the lake and beach, as well as swimming in a beautiful heated pool in the heart of the property. At dinnertime, guest can enjoy delicious home-made pizzas at the Airstream trailer near the swimming pool. To best experience the stay, there is a wonderful activity program for both children and parents alike. Huttopia welcomes pets as well.
Guests can enjoy delicious food or refreshing drinks on the pretty wooden terrace while watching children having fun in the playground or swimming pool. During your stay at Huttopia White Mountains, you will find all the Huttopia services you need to make your stay even easier. Treat yourself to a nice glass of wine or a cool beer at the end of the day. In summer, the bar is open all day long, so guests can enjoy a cool drink any time. Settle back on the terrace or on our private beach and admire the breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding area, while enjoying a tasty ice cream.
In the evenings at dinner time, come and try one of their famous homemade pizzas or French-style pancakes with flavors for everyone on the beautiful terrace or take them back to eat in your accommodation.
When you arrive at the resort, The Lodge Tent has a grocery area with all the basics for you to have a great stay, and a wine corner where you can discover our selection of wines (including French ones!). Huttopia has a wifi point in the lounge area and on the terrace (if you can’t completely disconnect. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the accommodations at Huttopia White Mountains).
